(1) In accordance with Rule 12, 13 or 14, the Director General shall conduct the necessary investigation regarding the submission of the necessary documents, details or reports to be submitted in accordance with the Act and these regulations on the application for a license to generate, transmit or distribute electricity.
(2) If the applicant has not submitted any documents, details or reports to be submitted with the application during the investigation according to sub-rule (1), the relevant applicant should be notified of the deadline for submitting such documents, details or reports within 45 days from the date of registration of the application.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if the Power Development Department has given a deadline notice for submitting any documents or reports, the date on which such documents are received shall be considered as the date of application for the purposes of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Act.
